Your product(s) will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail within 7-10 business days unless otherwise requested. The flat shipping and handling rate is $6. For overnight delivery using USPS Express Mail, the flat shipping and handling cost is $18.00. For Illinois residents a 10.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Return Policy
We are sorry we are unable to offer refunds. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of another item of equal or greater value. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned/ exchanged merchandise. Please call us at 888-265-0980 to obtain an R/ A number and make arrangements. You will need a padded secure enclosure and be sure to insure your package. We cannot be responsible if your jewelry is lost in shipping. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
